Enrollment Process
The childcare enrollment process and forms will be coming soon! The opportunity for parents/guardians with cancer to acquire childcare at no-cost so that these parents can successfully attend medical appointments will be possible through innovative partnerships with oncology providers.
The enrollment process and associated forms will ultimately be available through a collaboration with oncology providers and Bailey’s Clubhouse administration.
Enrollment for childcare at Bailey’s Clubhouses will be coordinated through your oncology provider, patient navigator, and/or social worker, who will verify the parent/guardian medical status and begin the enrollment process. Getting a child registered for the childcare service may be available through direct contact with Bailey’s.
